Fuwari is grooming business software operated by Corbel Ops Inc., a Canadian federal corporation based in Ontario. This policy covers the getfuwari.com website and the Fuwari app. You can reach us anytime at hello@getfuwari.com.
If you apply for early access, we collect what you type into the application form: your name, email, phone number if you share it, where you're located, and your answers about how your grooming business runs.
If you become a Fuwari customer, the app stores the information you and your team put into it: your schedule, your client and dog records, notes, payment amounts you record, and the content of text messages sent and received through your Fuwari business number.
We also collect basic technical information needed to keep the service working, like logs of when things were sent and whether they succeeded.
The site also uses the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta that helps us show Fuwari to people who visited this page. You can opt out of ad personalization in your Facebook settings.
Application information is used to review applications, reply to you, and send you updates about Fuwari early access. Customer information is used for one purpose: running the app for you. That includes sending the texts you ask the app to send and preparing the exports you request.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share your client list with anyone. We do not use your clients' contact details to market anything to them.
Fuwari runs on established infrastructure providers: our database and backend (Supabase), website hosting (Vercel), email delivery (Resend), text messaging (Twilio), and the system we use to track applications (Attio). Each processes data only as needed to provide their service to us. Some of these providers store data in the United States.
If you load your client book into Fuwari, that information stays yours. We act as the tool that stores and moves it on your instructions. You're responsible for texting people who expect to hear from your business, and Fuwari is built so that nothing sends unless you press send.
We keep application information while early access is running. Customer data is kept while your account is active. If you leave, you can export your data, and you can ask us to delete it by emailing hello@getfuwari.com. We'll confirm when it's done.
