Effective October 5, 2026
Short version: Fuwari is early software offered honestly. Try it free, pay monthly only when you agree it is ready, leave whenever, your data goes with you, don't use the texting tools to spam people. The detail follows.
Fuwari is business software for dog groomers: scheduling, client texting, records, and money tracking, operated by Corbel Ops Inc., a Canadian federal corporation based in Ontario ("we", "us"). During early access, parts of the service are provided in beta, which means features are still being finished and occasional rough edges are part of the deal. We'll always be straight with you about what's live and what's in progress.
You're responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your login to yourself. You need to be at least 18 and running or working in a real grooming business to use Fuwari.
Everything you load into Fuwari, your clients, dogs, notes, schedule, and money records, remains yours. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to run the service for you. You can export your data, and if you leave, you can take it with you and ask us to delete our copy. Our Privacy Policy covers the details.
Fuwari sends texts to your clients from a dedicated business number, on your instruction. You agree to use it to message people who have a real relationship with your business and expect to hear from it, and to respect any client who asks to stop receiving messages. Don't use Fuwari to send spam or marketing blasts to strangers. Text messaging depends on carriers and our messaging provider, so delivery can occasionally fail or be delayed.
For new early adopters, we deliver a working version of your agreed grooming-business workflow within one week of your confirmed brief. The week starts after we have confirmed your requirements and received the information needed for the build, including any agreed migration data. We review the working version with you. Extra scope and its timing are agreed separately. Fuwari is a shared iPhone app tailored to your business, currently in beta through TestFlight; this offer does not include a separate app-store listing for your business. There is no separate build fee or client-list migration charge.
For new early adopters, Fuwari is free until you agree it is working well for your business. Personal setup, customer migration and custom features agreed with you have no separate charge. Fuwari is one shared app with workflows tailored to each business; we agree the scope and timing of custom work together. There is no fixed trial deadline or automatic trial charge. Billing starts only after you agree to begin a paid subscription. The early adopter price is $29 USD per month for the platform. The free trial is email-only.
Optional third-party services that incur a cost, including dedicated business numbers and two-way texting, are charged separately at provider cost, with no markup. Texting costs can include number rental, message segments and carrier fees. Longer texts may use multiple segments. We explain the applicable provider charges and you approve the cost and usage limit before we enable a paid service. Changes to agreed costs or limits require your approval. No paid service is enabled automatically. Billing is monthly with no long-term contract. Cancel anytime and billing stops at the end of your current month. Existing individually agreed offers remain honoured; this new public offer does not change an existing customer’s agreed price or included services.
We work hard to keep Fuwari reliable, and we fix problems fast, but the service is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the issue. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.
You can cancel anytime in the app or by emailing us. We can suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, and if we ever discontinue the service, we'll give you notice and time to export your data.
If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll tell customers by email before the change takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada. Questions: hello@getfuwari.com.
